The VegetationMaskArea and Line components now have a range instead of a distance for additional area. The area between the min/max of the range can use a perlin mask to get a more organic edge to the mask.

There is also an advanced scale mode where you get access to a min/max vector3 and can scale the spawned objects in all axis.

Some other bugfixes and small changes. In addition to this a bug that made unity use way to much time calculating shadows in scenes with instanced indirect (grass patches and Texture2D grass direct). This is now fixed. Should help a lot on scenes with shadows.
